Position Overview

Double T Energy is seeking an experienced Oilfield Operator to join our team in the Innisfail area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of oilfield equipment while supporting production, maintenance, and field service operations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork in a dynamic field environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor oilfield production equipment and facilities

• Assist with well site operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Support pipeline, facility, and lease maintenance activities

• Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance

• Complete required field documentation and reporting

• Participate in emergency response and call-out work as required

• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements

• Maintain a clean and organized work site

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (Class 5 required; Class 3 considered an asset)

• Previous oilfield or production operating experience preferred

• Strong understanding of safe work practices in oil and gas environments

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused team player

Required Certifications (or willingness to obtain):
First Aid, WHMIS, TDG, Ground Disturbance Level 2
